is a 3rd municipality in the province of Cagayan, Philippines.

1. BIBINGKA, CASSAVA CAKE and  BUKO PIE
is a type of baked rice/cassava cake. It is a subtype of Kakanin in Philippine cuisine.

2. EMPANADA
is a type of fried pasty wrapped or coated in bread. It is made by folding dough over a stuffing, which may consist of cabbage, monggo or other ingredients.

3. PANCIT CABAGAN
pancit version makes use of miki noodles, lechon carajay and eggs. The toppings make pancit cabagan more enjoyable.
